After working with local business owners and doctors for over a decade, we discovered that there is only one BEST way to get customer reviews, and that's by treating everyone involved in the review process with the highest level of respect. Unfortunately, there are thousands of people who are willing to risk everything in order to get 5-star reviews thinking that those reviews will help them attract new customers. In doing so they alienate there happy customers and risk having their reviews and even their business listing removed from the Internet. Some of them are even breaking the law.

As it turns out, the people who follow our "Review Integrity" strategy always get the best results. There is no other strategy that will get better results.

From the moment customers were able to write public reviews, there have been people trying to game the system. In doing so they've created a high level of mistrust with people who and  the 12 years I've taught our review strategy, I've seen dozens of different ways people have tried to game the review system. In doing so they break Google's TOS, while abusing their customers and employees in the process.
